The lights look like fireflies. My grandkids love going outside at night to watch them. I do love the lights BUT the REMOTE doesn’t work. I’ve tried new batteries and it still doesn’t work. I’m not sure how to setup the timer everyone is talking about. I guess I’ll just manually turn them on and off. Very disappointed in the REMOTE but love the lights!I like the fact that after 7 days of rainy use it is still working unlike some of the other lights I have purchased from other companies. I’m not sure what the remote is for because you have to plug it in to get it to come on and the remote appears to do nothing. Overall I am happy with my purchase. The downside is that for what it was advertised and what I received I was expecting more for the price.This item did not work straight out of the box. My friend ordered the same one from the same vendor and theirs works fine. I tried to contact the seller, but they said it was past 30 days. They did absolutely nothing to try to fix this. I asked for a replacement or my money back. Either way, terrible customer service and would NEVER buy from this seller again. Can I please give them 0 stars!Easy & fast setup. Worked perfectly right out of the box.This was our second blisslight. Our first lasted 8 years. The new feature of the remote control was great for turning it off on a cold night and it is just as weatherproof as it’s predecessor. The best part is how amazing it makes my oak trees look. We are planning on getting a few more once I get some good electric lines run out there.Not overly brightAll around AWESOME!!I have looked for this for years! It is so beautiful in the trees! Everyone comments on them and wants to know what it is.Easy to use as well.
