So, we bought this Jeep for our son in 2019. The charger that comes with the unit is ok at best and the 7ah battery is probably the worst I've dealt with in the past 20 years. We would get about 20 minutes of runtime on average in the grass and road beside our house. Over the years I've added some bushings to the wheels and steering assembly to make it a bit more solid. (the steering assembly is wonky AF and the manual does NOT explain this. It's very counter intuitive, when going to install you'll understand. It's installation is backwards from what you'd imagine when you first see it you'll think it's "wrong".Nearly 3 years later, the jeep is still running great for being mostly "stock". I'm currently in the works of upgrading the ESC and wiring for bigger/faster motors. I've already switched to a 10Ah LiFePo4 battery and Genius 2 charger for the lithium batteries. (stock charger barely works for wet cell stock battery). If anything else, replace the stock charger as it's total junk and will only quicken the pace that the stock battery fails. With the LiFePo4 the jeep runs for 1.5 hours or so constant run time.Overall, the assembly is kind of difficult (comes in 2 different boxes), the stock charger is terrible and WILL fail/cause battery to fail, stock battery is aweful. After you address those issues, this little jeep beats all the power wheels models our friends have. Not to mention it was decently priced and with the $40 battery, $40 charger, $40 in parts to make it a little better it cost us about the same as the "good" models of power wheels. Ours lasts longer, rides better, and is actually faster (don't know stock gearing differences but this jeep is pretty fast for "stock" motors.I had ordered this product a month before Christmas in fear of not getting it in time, when it came in we hid it away and did not open it until the day before Christmas Eve. Right away I was kind of put off because the ride on came in a Costway box, which I thought was strange because I had made sure to order it through Costzon...instantly my husband made a good point and said they were likely from the same mother company that sells to different areas, and its likely the exact same product. Okay maybe so...but then much to my surprise, when we opened it to assemble, the box contained a Honey Joy product! Really...so now we're up to a third brand; okay. We decided to just go with and see how it measured up. Everything pretty much looked the same aside from it having all kinds of stickers clearly marking it as a "Honey Joy" brand; which we removed. I'm pretty sure that all three companies are related and have their products made within the same factory, but none the less it's incredibly frustrating that they are not more transparent with the actual product you're getting. For instance, half of the songs programmed for the Honey Joy ride on are in another language -not a deal breaker, but still frustrating. The main CONS I have noticed so far...1. When assembling, there were a few things that didn't line up and required some adjusting. The big one was when the axels would not fit due to the holes being way too small and would not allow for the axel to fit into the wheels. My husband was able to drill in larger holes and got it to fit perfectly! Then there was a slight issue with the wiring fitting; easily fixed but time consuming for sure. Total time spent with assembly ended up being nearly 3hours; my husband followed the instructions too...2. The steering wheel easily comes off when riding; it's frustrating to watch as a 2yr old tries to turn the wheel and have it pop off in their hands. Something my husband says he can try to fix.3. The tires were rubbing or something; when making turns in short cut grass, it kept making a loud rubbing and clicking sound. I literally thought the wheels were going to fall off at one point! My husband was able to get the clicking to stop and said he can figure out how to stop the rubbing; which means having to make some modifications...yay!4. The battery already seems like it bogs down at times after about 30mins of use, this is after a full charge too. Again, something that can be fixed with a few modifications. The PROS:It makes my toddler happy and that is by far the best thing a parent can ask for! With that said, after spending $260 on the ride on alone and considering the extra expenses we will occur making modifications to it in order to keep it working right...I have seriously considered returning it, but at my husbands urging, I'll give it a few more days and see how it goes before returning or letting him make any modifications to it.our 4 year old grandson loves this Jeep! His mechanically blessed Grandpa did the installation; we had had a few minor parts issues which Costzon responded to quickly and sent replacement parts at no cost to us.Ok, lets start by saying this bad boy is perfect. It took me almost 2hours to bring the parts altogether. I must say I was a bit disappointed because you don't receive your entire shipment at once, you receive a box at a time. I was pissed I had to contact seller. The next day I received the other box. Looking at a instructions itself, it might take you a year or more to figure out as it is the case with Covid. So go on YouTube, search costzon ride I car assembly and off you go, in less than a hour you will be done, that is if you are smart, but if in case you are as average as myself, might take you 2hours or more. Good luck on that ?Easy to assemble if you follow the directions on any of the assembly videos on YouTube. The manual that comes with the Truck is useless. One child ride only. My little daughter loved the truck. Drives perfectly on the grass (in the backyard for example) and even faster on the concrete. Highly recommended.easy to assemble and remote control easy to use battery life is goodThe instructions could use a few more pictures for reference. We like it our baby is very happy and excited
