I highly recommend these. I was kind of forced to get them in that I have JW 8700 Evolutions on the front and the stock back just didn't cut it. I did have one issue on the install at first. The left side wouldn't light up and an error showed up on the dash. I discovered that a good connection wasn't being made due to the aftermarket tow harness that I put on earlier. I ground down the end of the plastic towing harness about 1/8 inch shorter so it would go all the way in AND slightly ground the perimeter of the towing harness as well. This resulted in the plug going in smoother to make the necessary connection which was originally way too tight. Just letting you know in case you have the same situation (I almost returned them thinking I had a dead light but I swapped it to the other side and noticed it worked). It's weird because it fit perfectly to the stock light.I am a little concerned with the difference in brightness when headlights are on (driving lights) and when the brakes are applied. Not very much and feel a little uneasy about someone rear ending me. I am glad 3rd brake light is still on there. Overall they are very bright.Wire gauge is not as thick as I would like for them to be but that seems to be the norm with everything these days. We'll see how they hold up. They are very light in weight overall. Stock lights are a little beefier.
